Works and editions by Ore, Adam (1855-1927)
Adam Ore was born in 1855 in Salisburg (Livonia, today Latvia). He studied organ in Riga, Stuttgart and Naples. He was a celebrated organ virtuoso during his lifetime and worked as a composer. Above all, he created organ works and some choral works. His opera "Gunda" was premiered in Berlin in 1899.
