Works and editions by Farnam, Lynnwood (1885-1930)
Lynnwood Farnam was born near Quebec, Canada. He studied piano and organ in London and then worked at large churches in Montreal and, from 1913, in the USA, taught at music colleges and made a name for himself as a concert organist. As a composer, he left only the present short Toccata and another small piece. Louis Vierne held Farnam in high esteem and dedicated his 6th Organ Symphony to him after his death.
