Works and editions by Tebaldini, Giovanni (1864-1952)

GIovanni Tebaldini was born in Brescia. He studied organ, composition and musicology with Amilcare Ponchielli in Milan, among others. He first worked as a church musician in Sicily, but then received a scholarship for further studies in Regensburg. He eventually worked as a music school director and chapel master in Venice, Parma, Bologna and other cities. Tebaldini composed mainly church music. He was also an editor of works by old Italian masters.
