Shipping within germany
As a consumer, you pay 3,00 euros for the standard delivery with delivery tariff "Press and book" in Germany. From a value of 30 euros shipping is free. We ship with Deutsche Post / DHL. We also supply packing stations, but NOT to post numbers. If you have special shipping needs (express etc.), please contact us. For a surcharge, the delivery is possible as a parcel.

International shipping fees
As a consumer abroad you pay shipping costs depending on the purchase value of the delivery. We ship with the tariff "Press and Book international PRIORITY" or as parcel. We ship with Deutsche Post and DHL and their international partners.

Methods of payment
New customers we offer these payment methods: advance payment (via bank transfer), PayPal, credit card and iDEAL. Please understand that we do not deliver on COD. As a regular customer, company or institution, you can also order by invoice or by SEPA direct debit.
Shipping costs and payment for commercial customers
To resellers (music merchants, music wholesale, bookselling) we charge a flat rate of 1,05 € gross plus paid postage. We supply commercial customers in the EU on account. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver depending on weight and destination country as a book delivery, letter or parcel.
