Works and editions by Dunhill, Thomas F. (1877-1946)

Thomas F. Dunhill was born in Hampstead, London. He trained in piano and composition at the Royal College of Music and worked as a teacher and professor of harmony, among other things. He made a name for himself by organising concert series for young contemporary composers. He himself wrote works in many genres, but remained rather conservative and warmly British in style. His organ works are pleasantly playable and effective music for many occasions.
